The Perfect Wedding Venue: Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
One of the newest wedding venues and hotels, right next to Epcot and Walt Disney World, is the Swan Reserve. The Swan Reserve opened its doors in November 2021. Since that time, they have been providing breathtaking wedding celebrations for countless couples in their elegant, and modern facilities. The space also has become a favorite for wedding guests to enjoy fireworks with views from not only one park’s fireworks display but from three parks! The space has hands down one of the best views for Disney World fireworks. This venue is ideal for couples looking for an upscale and elegant wedding day, while still enjoying the magic of Walt Disney World.
Ps – As an Orlando wedding photographer who’s always looking for the perfect shot, I have to admit, it’s hard to beat these picturesque views for an on-property Disney wedding venue, especially for fireworks.

Ceremony and reception locations
The Swan Reserve offers three main event spaces for wedding celebrations, with over 15,000 square feet of space available. If those three spaces aren’t enough, another added benefit is that this hotel is a part of the Swan & Dolphin Hotel complex, giving even more options for your wedding day nearby. The Swan Reserve’s facilities are an excellent option for weddings with breathtaking views, modern facilities, and world-class amenities.
the Vue ballroom
The Vue Ballroom is the Swan Reserve’s private rooftop event space located 15 stories above. The space includes an outdoor covered terrace, a pre-function room, and a sophisticated ballroom allowing for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one spot. The ballroom features three stunning chandeliers, wood accent walls, and even an LED wall that can be customized. One of the standout features in this space is all glass windows, giving you and your guests views of all four Disney World theme parks. Plus, when it gets dark you can see all three fireworks displays from Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom ending your wedding night with a bit of Disney magic.
Max Capacity: 160 guests
about harbor Ballroom
The Harbor Ballroom is located on the first floor of the Swan Reserve. This large ballroom continues with the elegant and modern design of the rest of the facilities. The space can also be divided into separate sections to give dedicated space to your ceremony or reception.
Max Capacity: 350 guests
The Oasis Ballroom is another first-floor venue space at the Swan Reserve. This ballroom is a little bit more intimate, while still having a bright and open feeling. One of the walls is all glass and connects to an outdoor patio. This gives the space plenty of natural light as well as gives the space an indoor and outdoor vibe. The Harbor Ballroom can also be used as a backup ceremony location in case of inclement weather on the rooftop or can be utilized to keep the party going later into the night after the Vue’s curfew for amplified noise at 10 pm.
Max Capacity for Receptions: 60 guests
