Inside the brick offers an urban, spacious venue that can be transformed to meet your needs. The Brick is 5,000 sq ft with the capacity for up to 250 guests! In addition to large open floor room there is also an art deco bar and 4-seasons room with views of the river.

Wedding Day Amenities at The Brick
To ensure that your perfect wedding comes to life, the Brick has a dedicated team of wedding specialists offering range of services. The space can be used for several types of events, including engagement parties, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners, as well wedding ceremonies and receptions. Bonus: It’s a pet-friendly venue!

The Brick has a preferred vendor: Navarre, At The Brick but you may also bring in your own vendors.
Parking
Parking is available in The Brick’s parking lot, the YMCA’s parking lot, and the Farmer’s Market parking lot.
Beverages
All alcoholic beverages are to be arranged by the bar at The Brick. You must staff security if you decide to use bar services with your venue package.
Tables & Linens
Various tables, linens and chairs are available to rent for your wedding day directly from the Brick. You may also use an outside vendor.

Cost of a wedding at The Brick South Bend
Of course, one of the topics of concerns for many couples getting married is the cost, especially if they are paying for the wedding themselves. The exact cost of your wedding will depend on your preferences, but according to Wedding Wire the starting cost of a ceremony at Armature works is about $1250 during peak season, and $500 during off-peak season. In addition to the facility rental rate, you will have a food and beverage minimum that must be met through bar services and/or Navarre Catering.
